When I eat I feel disgusting…even thought I’m not really eating anything….
Food. Ergh.
I’m still on it. It’s easier to just do it than to think about it whilst you’re doing it, so I won’t be here most if the time. And the stress of my exams has cut my appetite so much anyway. Food is gross right now.
No dinner tonight.
It was my friends birthday and I ate cake. So yeah.

I am losing inspiration…can you tell?
Eating healthily instead of starving and I have put half an inch back on my waist..but I look slimmer..strangely.
Went for a run…
First outdoor run of the year! :)
I can run for so much longer on a treadmill or cross trainer…I only managed 30 minutes :’(. And I have a voucher for the gym..that has not date on it, so I could just use it over and over again. But I feel more fulfilled like. :)
And now my calves and my bum are burning.
Worth it
Going to stop going to the gym…
It’s too expensive. I’m going to start running, but I am kinda nervous about it?
Any advice?
